NORAL SANTA-COLOMA ROTH

Nora received her Master's in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida in Orlando. She has been a realtor for over 20 years and has held licenses in Florida, Virginia, Maryland and Washington, D.C. She is versed in both Commercial and Residential real estate but concentrates on luxury oceanfront and waterfront, condominiums in South Beach, Miami Beach, Sunny Isles Beach and Aventura. She is fluent in English, Spanish and French.

KENNETH M. ROTH

Ken graduated Hofstra University School of Law and is admitted to practice in Florida, New York and the District of Columbia. He is also a reserve officer in the United States Air Force and serves as an Assistant Staff Judge Advocate. Ken has been involved in real estate and luxury condominiums in South Florida and the Miami and Miami Beach area for the past 20 years as well. Both Nora and Ken are Realtors. He is the author of "The Successful Landlord" (Amacom Press,2004)
